Return FAQs

You can initiate an exchange within 7-15 days of delivery. Please ensure you raise your request within this timeframe for eligibility.

You get one free exchange per order. This includes free reverse pickup or reimbursement of self-shipping charges (up to ₹100 as store credit). Subsequent exchanges on the same order may attract a shipping fee.

If the requested size is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit of equivalent value. You can use store credit for future purchases on our website.

Reverse pickup is available in most pin codes. Our courier partner will pick up your package within 2-3 business days at no cost. If unavailable in your area, you can self-ship and we will reimburse standard courier charges (up to ₹100) as store credit.

Yes, absolutely! You can exchange your item for a different size, color, or design of equal value. Just mention your preference when initiating the exchange.

The entire process typically takes 7-10 days from initiation. This includes pickup (2-3 days), inspection (3-5 days), and reshipping of your new item.

If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement immediately without any delays.

Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. If your item does not meet these conditions, it will not be eligible for exchange. We will notify you of the reason.

Regular sale items can be exchanged under the standard policy. However, items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchanges.

Accessories, innerwear, socks, and items from Final Sale events are not eligible for exchange. Additionally, items without original tags, packaging, or those showing signs of wear cannot be exchanged.
